Hello Foodies..! Today I will tell you the recipe of Tomato Soup. I have made this soup very tasty and healthy. As winters are going on and this soup is very good for health and one should include in his or her daily routine. Not only in winters you can have it anytime in the whole year. It can be made in many ways but my recipe is very simple. Soup is something you can serve it to your guests as well.

It requires very less ingredients and it tastes amazing. The main ingredient to make this soup is “Tomato”. It requires the balance of sour and sweet taste. If the combination of sour and sweet is perfect then your soup is perfect.

Even it has different taste depends on ingredients and method used for making it. Use fresh and red tomatoes to make Tomato Soup then only you will get the delicious taste. In the parties soup is served as a starter and you can make it very easily at home without much efforts.

INGREDIENTS WE NEED..

  • Red Tomatoes
  • Carrot
  • Ginger
  • Whole Spices (Black Pepper- Fifteen to Twenty, Cloves- Three to Four, Cinnamon Stick)
  • Salt and Black Salt
  • Sugar (One Spoon)
  • Water

TOMATO SOUP RECIPE…

  1. Firstly take red tomatoes and carrot. Wash them properly and then cut carrot in round pieces.
  2. Now take pressure cooker then add tomatoes and carrot pieces in the cooker. Then add one piece of ginger.
  3. Then take fifteen to twenty black pepper, three to four cloves and stick of cinnamon. Add all of them in the cooker.
  4. Now add water and don’t add much water. Close the cooker and keep it on gas.
  5. Let the two whistles come. After two whistles, turn off the gas and let the pressure out itself.
  6. When the pressure is out then open the cooker and take out all of them in a big bowl and let them cool.
  7. When they are cool then add them in grinder jar and grind them nicely. Now take one pot and keep a strainer on it and then strain the paste the we have grinded. (If the quantity of tomatoes and carrot is more then grind them in two times)
  8. Now keep the pot on gas and add salt as per taste, black salt and one spoon of sugar. (Add salt keeping in mind that you have to add black salt as well)
  9. Mix them nicely and let the soup boil. When soup is boiled nicely then turn of the gas.
  10. Delicious and healthy Tomato Soup is ready to serve hot.
