Hello Foodies… Welcome to my kitchen.. Today I have eight very useful and helpful kitchen tips and tricks for you all.. You may have lot of issues regarding kitchen things and I will tell few solutions.. We all face lot of basic kitchen problems in a daily life.. I have the hacks for eight problems.. Follow them in a right way and you will solve your problems..

KITCHEN TIPS and TRICKS No. 1
I have seen sometimes while boiling milk, it get sticks at the bottom and it gets burn as well.. Then it will burnt smell to the milk and when you use that milk for making tea, curd or anything that is made of milk gives burnt taste.. So, there is a tip that I am telling you.. While boiling milk, keep a pan then add 2 table spoon of water in the pan and the milk over that water.. Then boil the milk, and your milk will not get burn. Try this once and I am sure that this problem will get solve..

Curd is a dairy product.. Curd is made by the bacterial fermentation of milk.. Curd is one of the healthiest natural supplement.. It is high in calcium and protein.. Eating curd daily improves the digestion.. It provides strength to teeth and bones.. People those who don’t have time for breakfast, they can have shakes made of curd, it is a very healthy breakfast option.. There are lot of health, skin and hair benefits of curd.. Everybody should consume curd on a daily basis..
But sometimes what happens our curd gets sour and maximum people don’t like sour curd.. So, in that case, I have a tip for all those who doesn’t like sour curd.. Just dip a piece of coconut at one corner in the curd, cover it and keep it in fridge.. Your problem will get solve.. Try this tip and you will be happy to see the results..
KITCHEN TIPS and TRICKS No. 3
Bottle Gourd is very healthy vegetbale and one should include it in his/her daily meal.. It brings the cholesterol level down and improves the heart functions.. It’s juice is also beneficial for diabetic patient..
If a bottle gourd is long and you have used only half bottle gourd then how to keep the remaining bottle fresh.. So, no worries, I am telling you tip for that also.. Wrap the bottle gourd with aluminium foil from the cut side and it will remain fresh.. Give a try..
KITCHEN TIPS and TRICKS No. 4
Grinder Jar is very useful kitchen tool.. It is used in almost everything we make.. But after the excess use of the grinder jar, is’s blades get blunt.. So, what to do in that condition..?? I have the very simple tip for it.. In every ten days, add salt in the grinder jar and grind it.. This way your blades will remain sharp… and it’s very important for your cooking that gindar jar blades should be sharp.. So, try this for sometime, you yourself will see the result…
KITCHEN TIPS and TRICKS No. 5
Banana is one of the popular fruit.. It has high level of Vitamin B6 and because of this nervous system strenthens and produces white blood cells.. But what I have personally experienced is that they get soft very quickly.. So, there is a solution of this problem as well.. When you bring bananas, use how much you want and then separate them from the bunch and then wrap the tip with aluminium foil one by one.. This way they will stay fresh for longer..
KITCHEN TIPS and TRICKS No. 6
I had already discussed about the health benefits of curd with you all in the tip no. 2 and I have another tip for curd.. Everyone likes to eat thick curd but most of the people fails to make thick curd.. So, there is trick for this also.. While preparing curd, add two green chillies with stalk in milk and leave it overnight.. You will get thick curd in the morning.. Give it a try and your wish of making thick curd will always come true..

We all like to eat fresh food.. But sometimes due to some reasons we have to make food before hand.. So, this tip is regarding the fresh parantha.. How to keep parantha fresh..?? Need not to worry, I am telling you the trick for keeping paranthe fresh.. Take casserole and keep one piece of ginger at the bottom, then keep aluminium foil over the ginger piece and wrap the paranthe in that aluminium foil.. This way your paranthe will remain fresh for one day..
KITCHEN TIPS and TRICKS No. 8
Today’s last tip is for curry leaves.. People who don’t have curry leaves tree at their home, they generally borrow from the ones who have tree at their home.. They store them in a fridge but they get shrink within a day.. So, what to do in this situation..?? So, just follow my tip and your problem will get solve.. Take one napkin and wrap the curry leaves in the napkin and then keep that napkin in one container and thereafter keep it in fridge.. Curry leaves will remain fresh for longer and you can use them for longer time..
