Fried Potato Pea Tomato Vegetable..!!!
Hello Foodies.. Welcome to my Kitchen..!! Today I will tell you the recipe of “Fried Potato Pea Tomato Vegetable”. It is very tasty vegetable and gets ready easily.. If any guest comes to your house suddenly then it is not necessary to make Paneer dish or Malai Kofta, Just give a try to this Shahi Vegetable and they will love the taste.. It doesn’t take much time to get ready..
Make this vegetable for your kids school tiffin as this is dry vegetable and they will love it. You can eat it with puri, parantha, or chapati.. You must try this recipe and I am sure once you will make this then you will always make it.. So, without much delay, let’s start to make the delicious “Fried Potato Pea Tomato Vegetable”…
INGREDIENTS WE NEED..
- Raw Potato
- Desi Ghee (One Spoon)
- Spices (Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Clove-2, Asafoetida- One Pinch, Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Dry Mango Powder, Garam Masala- Little, Dry Fenugreek Leaves, Salt- As per taste)
- Veggies (Green Chillies, Ginger, Tomato, Green Peas)
FRIED POTATO PEA TOMATO VEGETABLE RECIPE…
- Firstly take raw potatoes, wash them properly, peel them and cut them in big pieces.
- Keep a wok on gas contaning oil in it for deep frying, let it heat. When oil gets heated then add potato pieces and deep fry them little till they get little soft.
- When potatoes get deep fried then take them out in a plate.
- Now, keep another wok on gas and pour one spoon of desi ghee in it and let it heat.
- When ghee gets heated then add mustard seeds, then some cumin seeds, two cloves, one pinch of asafoetida, green chillies in two parts, and chopped ginger.
- Roast them little then add chopped tomatoes and roast them till they get little soft.
- Then add green peas and cook them as well. Now, add spices.
- Firstly add turmeric powder, then kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, little garam masala and dry fenugreek leaves. Mix all of them nicely.
- Now add very little water just to cook veggies then add salt as per taste and mix it nicely. (As we are making dry vegetable so we will add very little water)
- Now, cover the wok for one minute so that veggies can get cook quickly and nicely.
- After one minute, give it a mix and then add fried potatoes. Mix all of them nicely.
- Cover it for one minute again. Then after one minute give it a mix.
- Our delicious “Fried Potato Pea Tomato Vegetable” is ready to serve hot.
