Fast Raita..!! Hello Foodies.. Welcome to my kitchen.. Today I have the recipe of four types of raita that you can eat in fast. These are very simple to make.. I will tell you two types of spicy raita and two types of sour-sweet raita.. These are very tasty and not only in fast, you can make them in normal days as well…

Type-1 Raita is spicy raita, Type-2 raita is banana raita, Type-3 raita is spicy potato raita and Type-4 raita is dryfruits raita.. They all have their own unique taste.. You can make dryfruits raita for your guests as well as dryfruits in it gives rich taste.. Use thick curd only to make these raita then only they will give very good taste..

Let’s begin the recipe of fast raita..

INGREDIENTS WE NEED…

  • Thick Curd (One big bowl)
  • Veggies (Coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, potato)
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Glucose (One Spoon)
  • Rock Salt
  • Cumin Seeds Powder
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Rose petals
  • Banana
  • Dryfruits (Makhane, Almonds, Cashew, Raisins)

FAST RAITA RECIPE..

  • Take one big bowl of thick curd and churn the curd altogether then make four types of raita from it.
  • Add little water in the curd and churn the curn nicely with the help of churner.
  • When the curd is well churned then keep the churner aside and start making raita from the churned curd.

TYPE-1 RAITA (Spicy Fast Raita):

  1. Take one bowl and pour four big spoon of churned curd in it.
  2. Make one mixture to add in the curd. Take ginger, green chillies and coriander and transfer them all in grinder jar. Add little water and grind it.
  3. When the mixture is grinded well then add 1-1.5 spoon of this mixture in the curd.
  4. Then add rock salt, cumin seeds powder and at last black pepper powder. Mix it nicely.
  5. It is ready so transfer it in a small bowl and garnish it with grated ginger and coriander leaves.
  6. Our Type-1 spicy raita is ready to serve.
Fast Raita

TYPE-2 RAITA (Banana Fast Raita):

  1. Take one bowl and pour four big spoon of churned curd in it.
  2. Now, add chopped bananas and add according to requirement.
  3. Then, add 2-3 spoon of powdered sugar, one spoon of glucose, little rock salt, little cumin seeds powder. (Glucose gives very good flavour to raita)
  4. Mix everything nicely and if you see banana or curd less then add some more.
  5. Take it out in a small bowl and garnish it with rose petals and finely chopped banana.
  6. Our Type-2 banana raita is ready to serve.
Fast Raita

TYPE-3 RAITA (Spicy Potato Fast Raita):

  1. Take one bowl and pour four big spoon of churned curd in it.
  2. Add chopped boiled potatoes in the curd.
  3. Now, add finely chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
  4. Then, add rock salt as per taste, cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder. (If you eat red chilli powder in fast then add otherwise don’t add)
  5. Mix everything nicely and take it out in a small bowl.
  6. Garnish it with finely chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
  7. Our Type-3 spicy potato raita is ready to serve.

NOTE: “If you find curd is less then add some more curd and then little rock salt as well because by adding curd, taste of salt must have reduced.

Fast Raita

TYPE-4 RAITA (Dryfruits Fast Raita):

  1. Firstly take churned curd in a bowl.
  2. Then take finely chopped makhane, almonds, cashew, raisins.
  3. Add all the chopped dryfuits in the churned curd.
  4. Then add one spoon of powdered sugar, little rock salt, little cumin seeds powder and at last little black pepper.
  5. Mix everything nicely and raita is ready.
  6. Take it out in a small bowl and garnish it with almonds and raisins.
  7. Our Type-4 dryfruits raita is ready to serve.
Fast Raita

Our all four types of fast raita are ready.. Eat them in fast and enjoy eith your family.. They hardly takes 5 minutes to get ready.. and very less efforts are required to prepare these fast raita.. In spicy potato raita if you don’t want to eat much spicy then you can skip green chillies..
