Bread Pistachio Roll…!!

Hello Foodies, As New Year’s celebration is going on and everyone makes different types of sweet dishes at their homes. So, today I will tell you the recipe of “Bread Pistachio Roll”. It is very simple and tasty sweet. It is different also and I am sure you will like it a lot. If bored with the usual sweets then try something different and it’s the different sweet.

INGREDIENTS WE NEED..

  • Bread Slices
  • Milk
  • Dryfruits (Cashew, Almonds, Pistachio)
  • Coconut Powder
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Edible Green Colour
  • Ghee
  • Cardamom Powder

BREAD PISTACHIO ROLL RECIPE…

  1. Firstly take eight to ten slices of bread. Then cut the corners of all the slices.
  2. Now take the bread slices in a bowl by breaking them. Then add half cup of milk and let the breads dipped in the milk. (If milk is less, you can add more)
  3. Mix bread and milk with each other and when they are well mixed then keep it aside.
  4. Now take cashew, almonds and pistachio. Add all of them in the grinder jar, then add four to five spoon of coconut powder. At last, add two spoon of powdered sugar.
  5. Grind all of them and take them out in a bowl. Now add little edible green colour, then add little milk slowly-slowly and make a sort of dough of it. When it gets ready then keep it aside.
  6. Keep a pan on gas and pour little ghee in it and let it heat. Then add three spoon of coconut powder and roast it little.
  7. When it is roasted slightly then add mixture of bread and milk. Cook it well by stirring on medium flame.
  8. Then add two spoon of powdered sugar. Mix it nicely and let it cook. Then add little cardamom powder and mix it nicely.
  9. Cook it till it stops to stick to pan. When it is ready then turn off the gas and let it cool.
  10. Take pistachio mixture and divide it in two parts and make roll of them.
  11. When bread mixture gets cool then knead it nicely with the help of palms and then divide it also in two parts as we are making two bread pistachio rolls.
  12. Make round ball of both the parts. Now take any plastic sheet and keep the round ball on it and press it with hands.
  13. Then roll it with rolling pin. It should neither be very thick nor very thin. Roll it in square shape.
  14. Then keep foil paper on it and take out the rolled part on the foil paper carefully.
  15. Now keep pistachio roll on it and fold it carefully with the help of foil paper.
  16. When it gets rolled then cover it with foil paper tightly and close it from both the ends. Then keep it in a plate. Same way make other rolls.
  17. Keep the rolls in fridge for fifteen minutes. After fifteen minutes, they will get set well.
  18. Now take roll one by one and cut them in pieces. Then serve the tasty “BREAD PISTACHIO ROLL“.
